Not medical or crisis care

Feltwork supports personal reflection. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, professional counseling, or crisis monitoring, and it is not a substitute for a qualified professional. Feltwork does not monitor entries for emergencies. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these terms. If local law requires parental or guardian consent, you may use Feltwork only with that consent. Keep your sign-in method secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your journal

You retain responsibility for and rights in the journal content you create. You give Feltwork only the limited permission needed to host, process, display, export, and delete that content at your direction. Do not use Feltwork to store information you do not have the right to possess or share.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, automate abusive traffic, introduce malicious code, violate another person’s rights, or use Feltwork for unlawful purposes.

Service changes and availability

Feltwork is an early-stage service. Features may change, and access may occasionally be interrupted. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. Export important entries if you need an independent copy.

Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Feltwork is provided “as is” and without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on your reflections. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Feltwork at any time and delete your journal data from the account page. We may update these terms as the service evolves and will revise the date above. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably practical.
