Sign-in help

• Confirm the device has an internet connection, then close and reopen Feltwork.
• Use the same verified email or sign-in method you used when creating the account.
• If a verification code expires, request a new code instead of reusing the old one.

Your journal and account

Open Account and data in the app to export your saved journal, remove only the unfinished device draft, sign out, or permanently delete the Feltwork account and its data. Account deletion cannot be undone.

Request account deletion without the app

To request deletion of your Feltwork account and saved journal without opening the app, email privacy@feltwork.app with the subject Feltwork account deletion. Send the request from the email address associated with your Feltwork account. We will verify account ownership before permanently deleting your sign-in account, completed journal entries, and associated pseudonymous product-usage records.

Do not include journal content, passwords, or authentication codes. Deletion cannot be undone. Unfinished drafts are stored only on your device. Use the app’s Remove device drafts control to remove those local copies. Encrypted database recovery history may retain earlier records for up to 30 days. Unlinked beta feedback expires within 90 days. See the privacy notice for the full retention details.

Do not send private journal content in a support request. Review the privacy notice for encryption, retention, analytics, feedback, export, and deletion details.

Feltwork supports self-reflection. It is not medical care, crisis monitoring, or an emergency service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988.
