Get help using Feltwork, accessing your account, exporting or deleting your journal, or making a privacy request.
Contact Feltwork
Email privacy@feltwork.app. Include the device type and a brief description of what happened, but do not email journal entries, screenshots of private reflections, passwords, authentication codes, or encryption keys.

- Confirm the device has an internet connection, then close and reopen Feltwork.
- Use the same verified email or sign-in method you used when creating the account.
- If a verification code expires, request a new code instead of reusing the old one.
Your journal and account
Open Account and data in the app to export your saved journal, remove only the unfinished device draft, sign out, or permanently delete the Feltwork account and its data. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Privacy
Do not send private journal content in a support request. Review the privacy notice for encryption, retention, analytics, feedback, export, and deletion details.
Immediate support
Feltwork supports self-reflection. It is not medical care, crisis monitoring, or an emergency service. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988.
